About Me

Debbie
I'm an English Teacher currently working and living in Daejeon, South Korea. In common with many small apartments here in Korea, I only have a 2 ring electric hob and a microwave (no oven!), so cooking healthy, tasty meals can be a bit of a challenge. I'll post recipes and resources here and would also love to hear your recipes too!
